Once your order has been confirmed, we will process the shipment and provide available shipping information and tracking details when applicable. Delivery times may vary based on the destination, shipping method, pallet size, carrier availability, and other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please review your address and contact information carefully before completing your purchase. Additional charges may apply if an order requires address corrections, re-delivery, storage, or other carrier-related services.

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the pallet or packaging, we recommend documenting the condition with photographs and contacting us as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing or agreed to by Official Pallet Liquidation in writing.

Liquidation pallets may contain customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, open-box merchandise, surplus inventory, or products with cosmetic imperfections. Items may vary in condition, packaging, brand, model, and quantity. These characteristics are part of the liquidation process and should be considered before purchasing.

If your order arrives with a significant issue that differs materially from the product description, please contact our customer service team promptly with your order information and supporting photographs. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved returns must follow our instructions. Customers should not ship merchandise back without receiving prior authorization.
